  • My 2013 Equinox was shutting down on my way to work on Monday morning at 7:15 am and I didn't know what was happening to my car. I gently got off the side of the road and stopped safely. I called Joseph Chevrolet's Service Dept and spoke with a knowledgable Service Advisor, Bob Flora. He told me to turn the car off for 5 minutes and then restart the car and this should reset the my gages. He gave me the phone number of the towing company that Joseph's uses just in case my car did start and my car would be towed at no expense to me. My car started and I made it to Joseph's and Bob was there waiting for me as I pulled into the garage. Bob took care of me and someone was working on car within 10 minutes. Bob also had me all set up with a courtsey car ( Traverse) and I was on my way to work. I received a call from the service dept at 11:30a.m. telling me my car was ready and I could pick it up at my convenience. I picked my car up on my lunch hour and I was on my way.   • Engine light came on. My mechanic told me to go to my Chevy Dealer to check it their computer. When we drove the Equinox to Joseph the engine light was off. The service man said that the plug in computer said pass. So we off to dinner. On the way back, we saw the light come on again. So we left the car after 6PM. Next day they called and said the fuel pump was bad and fixed plus added new oil since gas had gotten into the oil. Problem solved. Read More >>

  • My car had an oil change and tire rotation. Later in the day that I had the service performed, the "service tire monitor system" note appeared on the dash. So I had to return to the service dept the next day to have them do their "magic" with each tire. The "fix" was so simple,it should have been performed when I first had the car in for service. The salesman Mike was great going over ever detail and aspect of the car, and he was patient with me until other dealerships. Reece the GM was fantastic treated both my mom and myself like true ladies and did nothing but the best for us. I was treated like family and walked out like I was part of it.
