I have no problem when I go to Joseph. They are professional and courteous, and take care of any issues I might have.
Everyone is great! Something I would like to see changed is getting in to get my car checked in a timely matter, not wait a week! Also, when I drop my car off to get serviced, with get the work done that day and/or have loaner cars available. I think getting a diagnosis of a vehicle shouldn't cost 188.00! I'll gladly pay 25.00 to 30.00

It is always a warm and pleasant experience when I bring in my cars for maintenance. Fast, simply, and friendly service. Everyone was awesome I was smiling from the time I walked in into the place until they completed my service.
This was my first service with my 26 Trax, oil change and tire rotation. The only downside was that it took quite a bit longer than I expected, but to be honest the service area was quite busy that day. Overall a good experience.

Service was excellent - no problems! They even found a repair I needed with no charge. Waiting area was clean and a person offered everyone water or a soft drink. Very impressive.
The staff was great. No problems there. My problem is the warranty that was offered to me. My 2022 Kia Telluride had too many miles on it, and didn't come with a warranty. I told them that I was willing to purchase a warranty. I was offered a warranty that no dealerships, including Joseph Chevrolet, wants to deal with.

I am not a fan. First of all they quoted me the wrong price over text. They were going to charge me a different price which was more expensive. They did adjust the price to the original texted amount. The guy I worked with was not super friendly. This was my first time at the dealership. Really liked the truck I bought and Jennifer stayed with me when I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy or not and she stayed on top of it when the price lowered she texted me and we made a great deal
They were very nice as soon as I came in the door greeted me with the upmost respect they were quick and fast will be back for anything that goes wrong with my car and I also earned points when I use my credit card so therefore I can save points where it takes off on my oil changes or when I get brakes or anything. they make me feel right at home. They had coffee and snacks for me. They were quick and fast love it.

A very easy buying process. Came in with a car in mind and text drove 2 models. It was an easy transaction and financing was simple.
Upon finding out I would have to leave my car, I also found out that the shuttle wouldn't be able to to take me to work nor would I be able to receive a car for the day, Garrett one of your mechanic over heard this and told me that he would check out my car, within 45 minutes he had my car ready to go. Thanks Garrett for making what could have been a difficult day so much better.

Mario was Great. I Love the Truck He Got Me Into. My Only Complaint Was the Lack of Follow-up Communication. I Had to Keep Calling and Checking in for a Week. I was told I would Get the Vehicle the Next day after signing paperwork. Also, my personal vehicle got locked in the lot overnight.
